i absolutely love this office. i feel like everyone here is trauma-informed and they actually take time to answer questions and see people as entire person (instead of just a wallet). i've had EXTREMELY traumatizing dental work i used cry during and after every time. they're so thoughtful and thorough here. i really can't believe how hard it is to find a gentle and personable dentist and i truly appreciate them. i hope to never ever change!

I just came from Dr Jolley's office where I had a crown and it was a very pleasant experience. Due to a few TMJ reconstructive surgeries in the past, I have always had trouble getting numb (nerves are not in the normal places), lots of dental pain and now dental anxiety. My coworker recommended Dr Jolley and I have never had such a positive experience. I was offered several comforting things like a blanket, massage chair, therapy dog Copper (who I adored ) and gas as needed. The first shot did not numb me (it never does) but he patiently tried other areas and I was totally numb on the 2nd shot. (It usually takes dentists several tries due to nerve issues) The experience was pleasant and painless, the staff was wonderful and they made a new crown in office while I waited. I wish I had discovered Dr Jolley years ago, but I am grateful now to be a patient at this office.

⭐ 1 Star My wife went in to this office to replace a small filling that had fallen out. Our children have seen Dr Jolley in the past (precovid) and had acceptable experiences, but this visit was completely different and deeply disappointing. My wife told the dental assistant about her medical history and past dental experience. She has a lot of dental anxiety. The assistant did not seem to care, nor did she offer anything for comfort such as a therapy dog. Instead of Dr Jolley, a very young dentist handled the appointment. From the beginning, he pushed hard to sell my wife on a crown even though she clearly stated multiple times that she only wanted a filling. She repeatedly declined, yet the pressure continued. When it came time to numb the tooth, my wife explained that she typically needs more Novocain than most people, due to a medical condition that she noted in her paperwork but was never reviewed with her. This was disregarded. Instead, he used a numbing pressure device called a STA that did not work. She had him stop multiple times because she could feel the drilling. After three " numbing" applications and roughly 25 minutes, she was finally numb enough to proceed, altho

I’ve been going to Dr. Jolley for years and it’s always an incredible experience. They offer so many comforts, including therapy dogs, warm neck pillows, blankets, chapstick (or at least they did at one time) streaming services and headphones, and laughing gas for people with anxiety. The staff are all super nice and accommodating, including Dr. Jolley. One time I had a panic attack (unrelated to dental work) and they were so patient and understanding with me. Dr. Jolley gave me as much time as I needed. They are great with my kids, even when my daughter gets anxious and gives them a hard time. I love this dental practice so much that I still go there, after moving 45 minutes away.

I wish I could rate this place higher than 5 stars. My son has a really hard time at dentist offices, and they always give him patience and kindness even when it can be difficult! They are amazing at explaining and working as a ram to be effective and efficient! Couldn’t find a better dental team if you tried!
